ZZZZ Press

Decided to train 3 days in a row then take 3 days off my version of a deload

Throw these back in, next week I will do them ass accessory lifted after log press They really make you have to stay straight and keep the core strong I always cheat and lean back. I think they will do good things

between beltless paused front squats and z presses today my gut is very sore
