Its gonna be all push presses with the log as when it gets heavy it always turns into one..... I DID figure out the stupid pick last week so I am happy with that as it was dumb and annoying

I am going to keep at the same weight every other week till its under 15 seconds than bump the weight up. The other weeks i am going lighter long distances with turns
