These things bang on my knees I got to walk super straight and good with them, they make me improve my technique. Grip felt great
backwards sled drags 6 plates slow and steady steps
3x200ft they SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED! my quads have awful lactic acid threshold they get pumped and stop working. the 2nd and third trips I had to stop and Evan removed a plate since he is a nice guy. Going to keep doing these quads gonna get huge(er)
