Squats after food poisoning

I got the most horrendous food poisoning of my life Monday night lost about 10lbs finally felt OK enough to squat. 

Back squat

365x5 easy just gonna ease back into training

Front squats no belt DEEP paused

Good mornings

185 3x8 slowly building these up i hate the lift but made a 30lb jump this week
