decided to stop being a queer and try hook grip on deads and i NOW after annoucing this 3 times have figured out my deadlift technique haha

ok this was awesome deadlifts felt so good, yeah my thumbs hurt but it wasnt that big of a deal.
also 455 is awful weight but 405 has felt horrible my low back is getting stronger again so its all going in the right direction.

5 minutes on the air dyne at a smooth steady pass, made my knees feel good sad when you haven't done steady state cardio in so long the wheel blows dust all in your face for the first 30 seconds haha
