Deadlifts week 2, hey warm up dummy

Felt ready to go, kind of rushed my usual warm up/stretching crap and worked didn't rest much through my warm up sets dumb.....

Deadlift

CRAP lift!  my low back seized up on the 2nd rep, I decided on deadlift I will do 5 sets with 135 if I have to before my deadlift clicks again, I think it takes me a little time to loosen up everything and get the grove so I pull right. I didn't and went back to my old dumb form and payed for it, the lift was slow and painful.

and again midway through it clicks again and I pull solid easy FAST efficient deads.  my low back still felt like crap so I called it a day took a hot bath, layed down, Going to start taking some Ibuprofen and dmso till its better haha.  Thinking about going back to 3 days a week again

  1. One of my coworkers swears we need to start doing bedside skin allergy tests. I at least want to offer one day and pretend like we do.
