Hook it, deadlifts and events

decided to stop being a queer and try hook grip on deads and i NOW after annoucing this 3 times have figured out my deadlift technique haha

also 455 is awful weight but 405 has felt horrible my low back is getting stronger again so its all going in the right direction.

Feeling strong off that dinosaur protein

Went to my moms for lunch ate an emu egg (about 10-12 chicken eggs) mixed with sausage, mushrooms, onions, etc. Ate the majority of it, couple cinnamon buns for dessert than went home to press

I got the most horrendous food poisoning of my life Monday night lost about 10lbs finally felt OK enough to squat.

Its Christmas eve and I woke up at 6am to pick up heavy

I Always pull a deadlift pr on Christmas eve, my pull off the floor is still rebuilding so decided to do 18" deadlifts off boxes

These things bang on my knees I got to walk super straight and good with them, they make me improve my technique. Grip felt great

ZZZZ Press

Decided to train 3 days in a row then take 3 days off my version of a deload

Throw these back in, next week I will do them ass accessory lifted after log press They really make you have to stay straight and keep the core strong I always cheat and lean back. I think they will do good things
