upper body kind of a deload

I've been pressing a lot and neglecting the little things. I felt a slight impingement so i went light and did some stuff with deep stretches 

Log clean and strict press

up to 185 3x3 

this is when i decided no pressing

dead hang pull ups

3x12

incline db flies

3x12

incline db press with elbows real low stretching the shoulders out

3x12

reverse ring flies 

3x12

front/side/rear delt raises

3x12

cheat curls

massive pump

mirror pictures

shower
