strict press, pull up bonanza and demo of my fav upper back exercise

Man my shoulders and lats were dead from events so lets train upper body? Makes sense to me!

193x5 bwx5 not bad...... They got a little sloppy and not so strict but still strict for me whatever......

Dead hang pull ups

max reps 2 sets

55lb pull ups x3 reps

half rep pull upsx max reps

ring rear delt raises. I really like these for upper back and rear shoulders. I videoed them to give an example of what I do

db side raises alternated with db curls

3x8 reps

Visibly leaner from last week to this bw is still the same....
