routine squats

eh decent day not great not bad I think my squat is most effected by the food poisoning and I am really missing that spring from the wraps at the bottom :)  I am really sinking these too!

Monday Night I went out to eat and bone marrow, beef tartar and a 22oz pork chop among other things. Such amazing food I wanted to lift when I got home at midnight! I should have.....
