UM i must have really sprained my left wrist in my sleep, need to keep up on the shake weight. I CASTED the damn thing with wraps

New dog won't leave my side tried to jump on the bench while I was benching HAHA thankfully it was as I was racking the weight.


Easy day so quick circuit of 2 sets 8-12 reps each
