a week of weakness

Pretty sure I'm on the rag this weekend. All I want to do is eat ice cream take warm bathes and watch romantic comedies where the two leads are standing back to back on the movie poster.

Well not really about one of those......

The level of weakness I feel right now is just depressing. I hate how my strength ebs and flows with big peaks and valleys. WTF

Tried the current crossfit games workout as a change of pace 

165lb squat clean+overhead AMRAP in 5 minutes 

got 23 not great but not awful considering my pacing was lazy at beast my conditioning is horrendous and I never do squat cleans. I predicted I could do around 30 which is probably about right if i wasn't suffering from being a bitch this week.

I still feel so weak so i decided to make this real light. I know my low back and core is my weakness so I might ditch training with a belt for a few weeks see if it helps. Would it pay off in the long run lifting lighter weights? who knows

took a stroll with 250 each lb farmers walk and did some wall balls as I built a medicine ball with an old basketball sand and duct tape ended up being 25lbs

  2. I came back strong Dan it was just an off week. If I somehow can be light enough come November you will get competition.
