Dead Stop Deads. Week of Weakness is over

I KNOW what I have in me and hate when I am not performing like I should. I went back and watched all of my deads from spring of 09 when I really turned my pull around and it paid off.

Going out to eat I plan to be 190 by the time I get home.  v
