felt pretty damn good despite my legs being jello Thought about going for 365 but not gonna be greedy first week back to real squatting in awhile. Maybe next week

OH squats was the plan but my shoulders are so sore and tight from pressing 2 out of 3 days.

so 4 days straight of hard lifting but I feel fantastic prolly cause I've been eating about 5k calories a day tomorrow off. Then HARD HARD event training Saturday prepping for Brian Shaw's show
